Return and Refund Policy


MIELIKA – Skin & Hair Products Company


At Mielika, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. We ensure that all skin and hair care products are carefully inspected and securely packed before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are happy to assist you with a return or refund as per the policy below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns or replacements are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged during transit
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product is defective or expired

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with seals and labels intact.


2. Return Request Timeline

Customers must raise a return or replacement request within 3–7 days of receiving the product. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.


3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products with broken seals
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse or improper storage
  • Free or promotional items


4. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
  • The refund amount will be credited to the original mode of payment


5. Replacement Policy

In case of damaged or incorrect products, customers may choose:

  • A replacement product (subject to availability), or
  • A full refund


6. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product).


7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
